El Instituto de Derecho Cooperativo y Economía Social GEZKI y Ekai Center organizarán una jornada sobre la estabilidad institucional cooperativa el próximos mes de junio, en Donostia.<\/p>\n
El debate sobre las cooperativas de trabajo en general, y sobre su implantación en un territorio en particular, ha dado mucho que hablar. Existe una amplia gama de tipologías de empresas cooperativas de trabajadores. La mayoría de ellas son de pequeño tamaño y sin significativos vínculos institucionales entre sí y el peso de las cooperativas de trabajo en la economía es, casi siempre, marginal. La excepción la constituyen casos concretos como pueden ser las empresas cooperativas situadas en el País Vasco.<\/p>\n
Para dar respuesta a dicho debate la cuestión sobre la toma de decisiones y la estabilidad institucional de las cooperativas es clave. En dicha jornada se tratarán diferentes temas que atañen a dicha estabilidad institucional, que ya están siendo lanzadas mediante los Working Papers de Ekai Center:<\/p>\n
